1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the MEGAH Token Creator platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access the Service.

2. Service Description

MEGAH Token Creator provides a no-code interface to deploy custom cryptocurrency tokens on supported blockchains (BNB Chain, Ethereum, and others as announced). You retain full ownership and control over the tokens you create. The Service acts as a technical facilitator only.

           Supported networks: BNB Chain (BEP-20) currently active. Ethereum (ERC-20) and others will be added in the future.
        

3. Fees & Payment

Platform fee: 0.1 MEGAH token per token deployment. This fee is paid directly from your connected wallet. You must hold sufficient MEGAH tokens and approve the contract spend.

Network gas fees: All blockchain transaction fees (gas) are paid by you in the native token of the respective network (e.g., BNB for BNB Chain). We do not control or profit from gas fees.

All fees are non-refundable once a deployment transaction is confirmed on-chain.

4. User Obligations

You are solely responsible for:

Choosing a token name, symbol, supply, and decimals that do not infringe on third-party rights.
Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your token and its use.
Securing your wallet and private keys. We never have access to your funds or private keys.
Verifying all transaction details before signing any blockchain transaction.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

“As is” and “as available” – the Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

No fiduciary duty – we are not your broker, agent, or advisor. We do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice.

           Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEGAH Crypto and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or tokens.
        

You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible and that we cannot reverse or cancel any confirmed deployment.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Service (code, design, branding) is owned by MEGAH Crypto. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for token creation. You retain all rights to the tokens you create and any associated metadata.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your obligations and our disclaimers survive.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where MEGAH Crypto is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
